Customer Charge = $6.52

Total Electric Bill = $68.85
 
Example 2:
 

Electric Consumption shown on bill is 4682.

2,000 x $0.07639 (rate for first 2,000 kWh) = $152.78
2,682 x $0.08312 (rate for over 2,000 kWh) = $222.93
Customer Charge = $6.52

Total Electric Bill = $382.23
